How to Sync Listing from Shopify 、Amazon、TikTok、eBay、Etsy、WooCommerce、Shein Store to Shopify Store

In 4Seller,  Products under "Active" in Shopify 、Amazon、TikTok、Shein、eBay、Etsy、WooCommerce Store can be sync to Shopify store through "Copy to Stores" and "Copy by shop"! 
Take the "Active" section in Amazon store as an example:

Go to Listing tab, click "Listing Migration" to achieve importing listings from Amazon to Shopify Store.



Method One : Copy to Stores

1. In the All list, you will see the list of products to be moved. 

2.Check the blank grid to select the items you want to move.

3.Click "Copy to Stores" button in the action bar or "Copy to Stores" in the action column of the list. 



4. Confirm the Target Platform & Shop, then click"Next Step".



5.Enter the page to fill the warehouse. Then Click "Import" & "Import & Publish".



If some products have already been migrated to the target store, the system will prompt whether to skip these products. Click [skip] and the system will skip migrated products and continue migrating the rest; click [Do Not Skip] to migrate all products.

If all products have been migrated to the target store, the system will ask whether to proceed with migration. You may choose to continue or cancel as needed.



Note: Shopify and Amazon support selecting multiple target stores. The system will check the product migration status separately for each target store.

You can also filter products by [Migrated Stores] and [Unmigrated Stores] to quickly check the migration status of products for selected stores.

The [Migrated Platforms] column in the product list displays icons of platforms to which the products have been migrated. Click the platform icon to view details of the migrated product, including target store, product image, title, product ID, store SKU, price, status and migration time.



Note: After the green bar is loaded, it means the move is successful.

6.Click " Next " to view the products that have been moved, and the corresponding drafts have been generated in the Shopify draft list. 



7. Click "edit" In the action column of the list, you can match the product category and variant attributes of the moved goods(the information such as variant and picture will be brought in automatically). After matching, you will enter the editing page to add other unfilled fields.



8. Add or delete the products info you want to change under" Product Info", "Photo",  "Description",  "Pricing", "Stock", "Shipping" and "Product organization",etc.



Note: Required fields are marked with a red asterisk.

9. Click "Save & Publish" to publish to Shopify store and complete the update.

Method Two : Copy by Shop

Note: If the total listings qty over 2000, will not support "Copy by shop"

1.Click "Copy by Shop" button.



2. in the "Copy from" column, select the commodities that need to be moved in bulk according to the three types of "Active", "Inactive"and "Remove".

3. In the "Copy to" column, select the target store platform and store name, choose "copy" or "skip" to decide whether to skip the product (including deleted product in this shop) which has already been copied to the target shop or not.



4. Click"Next Step"button, select the warehouse, then click"Import" or "Import & Publish"



Copy by Shop supports the option to skip duplicate products. When enabled, you can select product matching fields in Advanced Settings:


	
Title
	
Store SKU


A product is identified as duplicate and skipped if any of the checked fields match. Previously migrated products are excluded from duplicate detection.

If some duplicates are detected, the system will show the quantity of products to be skipped and the quantity to continue migrating. If all products are duplicates, you must turn off [Skip Duplicate Products] before proceeding with migration.



5. The Green bar will show the process, then click"Next " to enter the draft page.



6. After editing, you can publish the listings to Shopify store and check in "Published" section. 



View Migration Records

Product migration records are automatically updated according to the current product status:

After a product is migrated to the target store, the corresponding migrated platform and store will be recorded.

When a migrated product is deleted from the target store, the associated migration record will be automatically removed.

When the target store is deleted, all migration records linked to this store will be automatically cleared.

If all migrated stores are deleted, the product status will revert to Pending Migration.

You can use the filters [Migrated Stores] and [Unmigrated Stores] to quickly check whether a product has been migrated to the specified store, facilitating supplementary migration or re-migration later.
